At TrueCare DPC, we are committed to serving and transforming the health of the friends and families in and around our Fayetteville community. With February being American Heart Month, we thought it would be a privilege to serve by offering free heart health screenings!
Heart disease continues to be the leading cause of death in our country. Unfortunately, many of the signs and symptoms of heart disease are quiet. That’s why it’s important for you to have a regular check-up with your primary care clinician to help you screen for disease and assess your risk level. And yet, not everyone has the resources to be able to do this. So, as a service to our beloved community, we want to offer a free health screening during our first annual heart health event!
