I'm Lisa T. Harley, PA-C! I’m a mother of three beautiful children (one young man and two wonderful young ladies). For over 18 years I've cared for families across the country and across various specialties. That range taught me something I think not enough medical professionals talk about:
people don't need to be rushed, they need to be heard and they need to be known!
These days my focus tends toward preventive and lifestyle medicine. I care for patients with chronic diseases management and help people who are wanting to improve their metabolic health. I take mental wellness and women's health very seriously. But honestly, most of my work is just listening closely enough to catch what matters.
My goal at TrueCare DPC is to be the kind of primary care provider that is accessible, get’s to know you well, and helps you live a healthier, stronger life. When you join with me, you're not just getting a provider.

Hey all! I’m Pasley White, FNP-C, and I’m SO excited to be part of TrueCare DPC!
I’m a wife to a supportive husband, a mother to a firecracker of a little girl, a friend, and a proud Aggie.
Before I am a provider, I am a person. I understand what it can feel like to be on the other side of healthcare — feeling rushed, unheard, or like just another name on a schedule.
My journey through healthcare has taken me through so many moments which helped shape my purpose: to make a meaningful difference. As a Nurse Practitioner, my goal is to provide thoughtful, patient-centered care built on trust, listening, and partnership. I can promise that your concerns will be heard, your opinions will be valued, and your care will be approached with compassion and intention.
Together, you and I will work toward your individual health goals through a holistic, patient-centered approach.

MEET Mrs. Destiny Rhoden
Hi!! I’m Destiny Rhoden, and I am the Clinic Manager at TrueCare DPC. I’m also a proud Army-Wife and a mom who loves spending quality time with my family. Being a parent has strengthened my compassion, patience, and understanding, which I bring with me every day when caring for members at TrueCare DPC. I believe that even the smallest acts of kindness can make a big difference, and I strive to create a welcoming environment where every patient feels valued.
What I love most about working as part of the TrueCare DPC team is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our patients and provide personalized care. I enjoy being part of a primary care team that takes the time to truly listen and focus on each person’s individual needs. Whether I’m working behind the scenes, helping answer questions, or simply offering a reassuring smile, my goal is to make every visit a positive experience and help patients feel confident in their care!
What is Direct primary care?
$85/month for adults - $25/month for child
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is membership-based primary care, built to restore the relationship between you and your provider. TrueCare DPC serves Fayetteville, Hope Mills, and the surrounding area with no insurance billing, no middleman, and no surprises. Just a flat monthly membership and a primary care provider who actually has time for you.

We do not accept any insurance. However, we are able to provide a super bill for patients who want to submit a claim with their insurance provider. You are welcome to submit the bill to see if they rebate you the cost of care.

Simply click the “Become a Member” link. This will take you to an enrollment page. Once you complete the form, we’ll be notified that you want to become a member and will reach out to confirm with you.

Membership is $85 a month for adults and $25 a month for kids up to 17 years old. That covers all your visits for the month, three lab orders per year, direct access via text, phone call, video chat, and email. It also covers flexible scheduling for in person visits.

We are not offering single visits at this time.

We require at least a four month membership agreement. If after four months you no longer desire to be a member of TrueCare DPC, we will cancel your membership. You will not be able to reenroll for 6 months and will be required to pay a re-registration fee of $99 at that time.
