I'm Lisa T. Harley, PA-C! I’m a mother of three beautiful children (one young man and two wonderful young ladies). For over 18 years I've cared for families across the country, in primary care, urgent care, psychiatry, occupational medicine, and everywhere in between. That range taught me something I think not enough medical professionals talk about: people don't need to be rushed, they need to be heard and they need to be known!
These days my focus tends toward preventive and lifestyle medicine. I care for patients with chronic diseases management and help people who are wanting to improve their metabolic health. I take mental wellness and women's health very seriously. But honestly, most of my work is just listening closely enough to catch what matters.
My goal at TrueCare DPC is to be the kind of primary care provider that is accessible, get’s to know you well, and helps you live a healthier, stronger life. When you join with me, you're not just getting a provider. You're gaining a partner who knows you and helps you reach your health goals!

My name is Golfran A. Rivera, PA-C, but you can call me "G." I've proudly called Fayetteville, NC home since 2015, when I was first stationed at Fort Bragg. Today, I enjoy Fayetteville and the surrounding area with my wife and four wonderful kids.
My approach to medicine is rooted in the belief that true health involves nurturing the mind, body, and soul. I see healthcare as both an art and a science, and most of all, a relationship. That means I know your story, not just your chart. I don’t like the idea of you having to re-explain your history every time you walk through the door. When something changes, I aim to be the one who notices, because I've been paying attention all along.
A big thing about me is I believe in care that's a collaboration, not one-sided. I tell my patients all the time, “I’m not your real dad. I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to listen and to provide my expert opinion so you can make an informed decision for your health.” You bring your questions and your knowledge of your own body. I bring my training and experience. Together, we figure out what's going on. And between visits, you're not on your own. A text or a call reaches me directly, not a call center or those dreaded phone trees!

Direct Primary Care (DPC) is membership-based care that aims to restore the relationship between patients and their medical provider. By removing the health insurance mafia from the middle, patients are able to receive the holistic primary care that Fayetteville, NC deserves. We do not accept any insurance. However, we are able to provide a super bill for patients who want to submit a claim with their insurance provider. You are welcome to submit the bill to see if they rebate you the cost of care.

Simply click the “Become a Member” link. This will take you to an enrollment page. Once you complete the form, we’ll be notified that you want to become a member and will reach out to confirm with you.

Membership is $85 a month for adults and $25 a month for kids up to 17 years old. That covers all your visits for the month, three lab orders per year, direct access via text, phone call, video chat, and email. It also covers flexible scheduling for in person visits.

We are not offering single visits at this time.

We require at least a four month membership agreement. If after four months you no longer desire to be a member of TrueCare DPC, we will cancel your membership. You will not be able to reenroll for 6 months and will be required to pay a re-registration fee of $99 at that time.
