Hi, I’m Golfran Rivera, PA-C.

I earned my Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center through the Department of Defense Interservice Physician Assistant Program. I then had the honor of serving as the Primary Care Provider for the 2-504 Parachute Infantry Regiment of the 82nd Airborne Division before being medically retired after 13 years of service.

I love practicing family medicine, following patients through various stages of life and serving as a partner in their health journey. I also have a background in sports medicine, using techniques like manual therapy, dry needling, and corrective exercise for management of acute injuries and chronic pain. This also includes the diagnosis and treatment of neuroplastic pain—a type of pain rooted not in mechanical dysfunction, but in the brain's improper signaling, often influenced by past or current stressors.

Whether you’re looking for general primary care for yourself or your loved ones, needing help getting and staying active, or wanting support in overcoming life’s challenging stressors, I would love the opportunity to serve you.

Hi, I’m Lisa T. Harley, PA-C.

I'm Lisa Harley, a board-certified Physician Associate with over 18 years of clinical experience serving families across the country in family medicine, urgent care, community health, psychiatry, occupational medicine, and wellness care.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of caring for thousands of patients in diverse settings. Whether is was a busy same-day clinics or underserved communities, what has always mattered most to me is showing up with compassion, listening well, and building treatment plans that actually fit the person in front of me.

After years in traditional healthcare systems, I joined TrueCare DPC because I believe something simple: patients deserve time, access, and a practitioner who truly knows them. Not rushed visits and insurance barriers standing in the way of good care.

My areas of special interest include:

  • Preventive and lifestyle medicine

  • Chronic disease management

  • Weight management and metabolic health

  • Mental wellness

  • Integrative and holistic approaches to care

  • Women’s health

Outside of the clinic, I'm a devoted mother of three and a caregiver to my mother. Those experiences ground everything I do. They've shaped my empathy, my patience, and my deep commitment to advocating for families navigating the very real challenges of life and health.

When you join TrueCare DPC, you're not just getting a primary care manager, you're gaining a partner in your health.
