We may make no guarantees regarding the earliest available appointments. Our clinicians manage their own schedules and visits are by appointment only. Upon completing your enrollment, your assigned PCM will contact you within 24-48 hours to help you establish care. You understand that if you have an urgent need, we may not be able to see you immediately and you may need to seek care elsewhere.
