From One Member to a Movement: The Vision for TrueCare Health in Fayetteville
On January 23rd, 2024, we started with just one member and a big idea: to make healthcare personal, affordable, and community-powered. We were operating out of a small borrowed space and a deep belief that people in Fayetteville deserved better.
By April, we moved into Blissful Alchemist, where we had room to grow. It was here that we finally had our own treatment table and exam space. We met an incredible community of female entrepreneurs who were also pursuing impact over income. We began educating the community on stress, wellness, and the value of primary care that actually cares. We invested in additional training—like dry needling—and expanded the way we could serve.
And now? We’re at 1790 Metro Medical Drive. TrueCare DPC is home not just to me, but to other professionals who share this mission. Massage Expert and Align Wellness and Counseling now call this space home too. We’ve also had the honor of training Mrs. Fields, a family nurse practitioner student—and just recently, we officially welcomed Ms. Priscilla Locklear, FNP-C to the team.
Today, we serve over 195 members. And we’ve been nominated for the Fayetteville Community Choice Award for Best Family Practice. It’s been less than two years, and already, lives are being changed—ours included.

Three full lab panels per year
Access to over 1,000 prescription medications—shipped directly to you up to six times per year
Unlimited visits, direct access to your provider, and personalized care that isn’t rushed
This isn’t concierge medicine. This is primary care that makes sense.

Lord-willing, the future of TrueCare DPC includes:
Imaging included in your membership
Specialized services like cardiology, neurology, women’s health, and sports medicine
A fully equipped gym facility for medically-guided fitness
On-site lab and pharmacy
And maybe one day, even an ambulatory surgery center
The vision is TrueCare Health Center—a medical campus right here in Fayetteville that becomes a destination for holistic, whole-person care. Not just for our members, but for our city.
